I read your conceptart.org thread. It was cool to get a better understanding of the story. Although, I must say I'm a bit jealous that it sounds more original than mine, lol.

Disagreeing with some of the comments there (respectfully of course; just a difference of opinion), I have to say that I think this design works out rather well. That is if I understand your intentions well enough. It's frightening, but not over the top. One might even mistake him for just another lackey. It just seems to play well into that "he's bad/he's not bad" thing. (Perhaps even reflecting an inner conflict over his actions?) Also the suit's full coverage keeps both the audience and the cast from knowing his true identity.

Also, mad props on this guy's character background. A few sentences about his past and relationship with the community and I was sold on the believability of this character.

Seems that you have the concept pretty much down. I don't mean to make it sound like I'm throwing you a parade or anything. If I had something more critical to say, I'd say it.
